Sherif M. El-Harazi, M.D., M.P.H. is now able to see and treat patients referred by Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Group IPA, and by the providers affiliated with the group. This information was received via email by the Administrator of the practice from Irma Estrada, provider relations representative of Synermed, Inc., the managing organization of the medical group.
